WEBSITE REGULATIONS – Elite Ride
Preliminary provisions
These Regulations apply to booking services available on the website with a guarantee of price invariance according to the data declared via the website and making payments for this purchase using payment cards and online transfers or in cash.
The owner of the website is Elite Ride Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Rzeszów.
Definitions
Service – a company providing services/service, located at www.eliteride.pl.
Website regulations – this document.
Service Provider – Elite Ride Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Rzeszów, address: ul. Tadeusza Rejtana 53A/108E, 35-326 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133838924, REGON: 386070240.
Service Office – a branch of Elite Ride, which performs User service activities provided for in the Regulations. Contact the Service via email: biuro@eliteride.pl and by phone: +48 535 691 567.
User – this means an adult natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit without legal personality. Who can acquire rights and incur liabilities on its own behalf and uses the Website or Service;
Service – this means one of the services offered by the Service Provider.
Customer – this means the User who books a vehicle rental;
Consumer – this means a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with the Service Provider that is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity;
Service – this means one of the services offered by the Service Provider.
Service reservation
Reservation of services is possible depending on its availability.
Reservations are accepted and processed by the Customer Service Office.
In order to book a vehicle rental, the Customer provides the data specified in the booking form.
Reservation requires reading and accepting the website Regulations and the principles of personal data processing (Privacy Policy).
The data provided when booking a vehicle rental is processed to ensure the reservation and prepare the contract at the consumer’s request. The legal basis for data processing is the Customer’s consent. Providing data is voluntary, however, providing the data specified in the reservation form as required is necessary to make a reservation and subsequently conclude a contract (without providing these data, it will not be possible to book the service). The data will be processed for the time necessary to ensure the reservation or to withdraw consent.
To be valid, the reservation requires confirmation of the availability of the service by the Service Provider. The Service Provider confirms the availability of the service by sending a message to the Customer via e-mail or by phone.
Payment for the service
After the Service Provider confirms the reservation, the Customer may pay for the service rental in the following way: cash or payment card during the service or by transfer to the indicated account number.
All information regarding changes, cancellations, new reservations or special inquiries must be sent to biuro@eliteride.pl or via the website www.eliteride.pl. If you do not confirm receipt of the message, please contact us by phone at +48 535 691 567.
Cancellation of service
The service can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the date of the order placed by the Consumer.
In order to resign from the service without cost, the Consumer must send a declaration/information about resignation to the e-mail address biuro@eliteride.pl.
The Service Provider refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer. Unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
The Service Provider shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the contract, refund all payments made by the Consumer.
Complaints
In case of any problems during the service, please contact the service office immediately.
If you decide to inform us about the existing/problematic situation at a different time, please do so no later than 7 days after the end of the service. After this time, any complaints will not be accepted.
Personal data
the administrator of Customers’ personal data collected via the Elite Ride website.
Customers’ personal data collected by the administrator via the Elite Ride website are collected for the purpose of implementing the Service Agreement, and if the Customer consents – also for marketing purposes.
The customer has the right to access and correct their data.
Providing personal data is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude the Service Agreement results in the inability to conclude this agreement.
Final Provisions
Contracts concluded via the Elite Ride website are concluded in Polish.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e. changes in legal provisions, changes in payment and delivery methods – to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; Act on the provision of electronic services; Consumer Rights Act, Personal Data Protection Act.
The customer has the right to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. For this purpose, he or she may submit a complaint via the EU ODR online platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
